Cryogenics Cleaning

Cleaning is an important part of any motor repair or refurbishing project. In many cases, a motor’s working environment is dirty enough and operating temperature is high enough that dirt bakes itself onto motor components. The only effective way to remove that hardened dirt is to grit blast it. The drawback of this method is that when cleaning is complete, both the loose dirt and the abrasive material must be removed.

Cryogenic Cleaning solves that problem by replacing standard abrasives with tiny pellets of dry ice. Under pressure, dry ice is an excellent cleaning agent that literally disappears into thin air– it simply evaporates, leaving no abrasive debris to clean up.
